Dev Ops Engineer - Azure

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Dev Ops Engineer with expertise in no/low code solutions, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps ecosystems.

This role is pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization's technology landscape.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of our platform infrastructure to support the seamless integration, deployment, and maintenance of no/low code applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our architecture and enable teams to maximize the potential of Microsoft's powerful platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Define and drive the platform engineering strategy tailored for no/low code solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Infrastructure Automation:

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline the development, testing, and deployment of no/low code applications.
• Develop and maintain orchestration workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Collaboration and Integration:

• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to establish seamless workflows and communication channels.
• Support and advise Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps developers to optimize their development and deployment processes.

Scalable Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the management of infrastructure supporting no/low code solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement best practices for cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on platforms Azure.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

• Establish and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of no/low code applications.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security best practices for no/low code solutions to uphold industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform engineering processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to empower teams with best practices and insights.

Technology + Skills:

• Dynamics CE and PowerApps.
• DevOps principles and best practices.
• Azure
• Automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure DevOps).

This will be a hybrid role with circa 2 days in the office per week
