IT Support Technician
Banbury (onsite)
£28,000- £30,000 per annum (DOE)
I have partnered with a leading wholesale supplier based in Banbury who are looking to expand their internal IT Support Team. His position would be great for someone looking to take a step up into their career into 1st/2nd line.
Responsibilities:
- Providing internal support to employees
- New user setups/account creations
- Troubleshoot & diagnose hardware/software issues
- Work on incident cases
- Prioritise workload
- Maintenance of systems & networks
- Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd/3rd line
- Responsible for hardware & software system updates
Key skills:
- Active Directory
- Office 365 products
- Business Information Technology certification
- Full UK driving licence
