Product Manager (B2B) - FULLY REMOTE - up to 80k

At the heart of the green-energy space within sustainability in their specialist field - decarbonising a key supply chain in our everyday world. This is a chance to work on some global shattering products- whereby you will be directly making an impact on an important mission. To slow down global warming and do your bit to help the environment and in turn, our future selves! As the demand for their product increases, they are currently in scale-up phase - and are going through an exciting time as they look to bring all of their team in house.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will work on the business' key core product to decarbonise a crucial supply chain in our everyday life - a web application with a mission to make our world more sustainable.

Currently, the team is at around 30 full time people - with a large part of their IT team based offshore. Growing the product team is a huge part of their roadmap over the next 12 months… as they look to add bright minds to their current bright-minded workforce who are excited about the mission that they are embarking on as the need and demand for their product is increasing in its market.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you'll be actively involved in the experience right through from discovery to delivery. You will tightly collaborate with engineering, design and sales and marketing team to focus on what's most important and continuously improve the product and its efficiency. You will gain a deep understanding of the business' ethos, customers, products and brand strategies.

You will be responsible for delivering on the vision and strategy for customers and the business. You will help shape the roadmap and also manage the delivery and scale up of a new to market product as it develops to pave the way for the business' mission in sustainability. You will be familiar with all of the BETA phases and parts of the product lifecycle. You will work directly with the design and engineering teams to turn your insight into reality - from creating feature briefs to signing off on new releases.

You will be the first Product Manager in the business - you will have the opportunity to potentially grow a team and also really make this role your own having a big impact from day 1.

Ideally…

• You will have previous experience of working in a scale-up environment with an ever-changing landscape.
• You will have been involved with scoping a product from discovery phase through to launch.
• You will have an AGILE mindset.
• You will have experience in being the first product manager in a business

Although the team work fully remotely, they have a collaborative and tight-knit culture who all communicate regularly on a daily basis. They want Engineers who want to work hard - whilst offering to their dynamic and collaborative culture.

There is an office available in central London if you do wish to operate on a more hybrid basis.
