Are you passionate about IT and making a positive impact on the community? Join our client's technical team, a dedicated force in providing quality housing solutions in Newcastle City Centre. They are currently seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team and support them with technical projects and tech support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential IT support to internal staff.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to manage and enhance the IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to community-focused IT projects that empower residents and local initiatives.
