We're working with a prominent Managed Service Provider renowned for delivering exceptional IT solutions to clients in Middlesbrough and beyond. If you're enthusiastic about IT support and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
Day-to-Day:
- Offer front-line technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the service desk team to address IT challenges effectively.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
- Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks.
Tech Stack:
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Office 365
- Networking (Routers/Switches)
- Virtualization (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)
- Hardware support
