1st/2nd Line Customer Support

We have a great new permanent opportunity to join our client in a 1st / 2nd line customer support role.
Experience in providing customer support over the phone, via email and via web browser needed alongside some general IT / Technical skills (Software including: Office/365, Excel, HTML, CSS, perhaps some basic SQL too)
The ideal background would be someone who has provided 1st line IT support (call centre, Supprt desk, help desk etc) or perhaps IT training or software support and perhaps worked for an IT/ SaaS company.
You must be used to cloud based software and comfortable liaising with a wide range of customer.
In return you will join a small but growing technical team based in Tunbridge Wells with a good base salary,25 days holiday, pension scheme and potential to grow in a company that has a great software product.
No sponsorship on offer. Candidates must live within commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells.
