Project Manager, Remote based

As a Project Manager at Roc, you'll play a crucial role in delivering projects within IT and Business Services functions, driving them towards success. Your responsibilities will span project planning, control, communication, budget management, and team leadership.
This role will be remote/hybrid based taking ownership of a diverse number of current and new IT projects across our portfolio of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive small and complex projects to achieve targeted customer goals.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve project-related issues.
- Design and apply appropriate project management methodologies.
- Manage project plans, resources, risks, and changes.
- Liaise with program management and related projects to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards and conduct project evaluations.
Essential Skills:
- IT network background at enterprise level.
- Credible employment history within the industry.
- PRINCE2 or similar accreditation at practitioner level.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
- Commitment to providing quality products and services.
- Ability to make informed decisions and lead change effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
