Position: 2nd Line Support Engineer 🚨

Location: Central Manchester 📍

Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000 🫰

We're currently collaborating with an MSP situated in Manchester, seeking to expand their service desk team. The role entails delivering telephone and email-based technical support within agreed SLAs to their diverse client base and involvement in large projects.

We're searching for a candidate with a robust IT Support background, ideally gained within an MSP environment and a passion for IT coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is imperative.

Job Overview🎯:

• Provision of 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues
• Participation in significant projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations
• Timely resolution management of open calls and associated actions across all clients
• Taking ownership of incidents and overseeing them through to resolution
• Proficiency in researching ideas and concepts to identify suitable technical solutions or resolve issues
• Provision of on-site support to clients as necessary
• Delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating willingness to go above and beyond for our clientele
