What You'll Do as IT Support Engineer

• Respond promptly and courteously to technical issues, ensuring every user feels supported.
• Set up new user accounts and hardware, following the latest best practices.
• Provide remote support to global offices and users.
• Keep records and information up-to-date, always seeking ways to improve systems.

The ideal macOS and Jamf IT Support Engineer will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced support role, preferably within the creative sector.

Your technical skills should include MacOS troubleshooting, Apple hardware support, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms. JAMF knowledge (ideally including certification), experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Okta, ITIL, shell scripting and working within an agency environment previously are highly desirable.
