Desktop Support Engineer

North-West, London - Investment Banking 

Onsite - 2 days a week - Tuesday and Wednesday 

1 year contract > Extendable 

£230 per day - Outside IR35


Our client is looking for a team player to join their  IT Support Team in London.

This role is onsite, and you will be providing exceptional customer service, to support the clients end users IT needs.

Day to day, you will be resolving tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, install and configure software. As well as this you will, participate in compliance activities and project work within the End User Computing (EUC) domain.

Key Roles and responsibilities:           

  • Knowledge of Office 365/OneDrive for business/Skype for Business Client     
  • End user support on Windows Win7 / Win 10 (Proficient) / Mac OS (beneficial)
  • Fundamental knowledge of VOIP, Conference Meeting Rooms Administration, Projectors etc
  • Basic Network troubleshooting              
  • Proving helpdesk/desktop support
  • Troubleshooting hardware & software 
  • Installing and troubleshooting printers and coordinating with vendor for hardware issue
  • Providing support to remote users
  • Working towards KPI’s & SLAs
  • Work on tickets (ServiceNow)
