IT Support Engineer
Contract | €140/day+ | Shannon | Hybrid
The Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing support services for financial applications. They will assist in supporting the Oracle EBS 12.2 finance system, Wands, and OneStream Performance Management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Oracle EBS General Ledger, Buy to Pay, Fixed Asset Module, and related reporting tools, addressing support tickets and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance community to understand system requirements and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Execute daily, monthly, and yearly system processes, including testing and reconciliations.
- Participate in finance system initiatives and implementations, working closely with the outsourced support team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance, or related field.
- Up to two years of experience in IT, Finance, or ERP systems support.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
