As a Network Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' networks. Your responsibilities will include network monitoring using industry-leading tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG, configuration of Cisco and Juniper equipment, and troubleshooting network issues to ensure optimal performance and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SolarWinds and PRTG to monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Configure and maintain Cisco and Juniper networking equipment to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide timely resolution to network incidents and escalations.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• CCNA certification or equivalent experience in networking.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Hands-on experience with configuring Cisco and Juniper networking equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
