Role: 3rd line network engineer
Location: central London
Salary: £55,000

We are working with a leading managed service provider who are on the hunt for a passionate and skilled network engineer to work on the latest Cisco devices providing excellent customer service for their clients in a fast paced, varied and exciting role where no two days are the same,
The role:
- Resolve complex escalated issues from 2nd line.
- Assist in project deliveries such as network expansions and roll outs.
- Working with mostly cisco equipment including ASA's, SD-WANs, DNAC, ISE and more
- Design of WAN/LAN networks for multiple clients
- Mentor more junior members of staff.
- Maintain excellent documentation throughout
The candidate:
- Ideally experienced working in a service provider environment
- CCNP level of experience
- 4+ years' experience in a networking role
- Excellent communicator and team player
