I’m currently working for a global software business who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team in Staines-upon-Thames. The company are one of the leading lights within the messaging industry and work with many global, governmental sectors and operate across many different avenues making it an interesting role with lots of variety.
The main requirement of the role is to have excellent experience across C++ & Rust. You will be working on a variety of different applications across many branches of the business, joining a development team of around 10 and have the desire to step into a lead role in the future.
Senior Software Engineer role requires office working of once a month in Staines-upon-Thames but could be fully remote.

Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Software Development.
- Essential Skills: C++, Rust, Go.
- Desirable Skills: Python, JavaScript, Network & Security Programming Skills.
- Debugging & Development Tools: Visual Studio, G++, Clang, WireShank
- Atlassin Toolset: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket.
- Able to conduct code reviews and mentor developers where needed.
- Desire to step into a Lead Role in the near future.
Salary/Benefits
- £80,000-£90,000
- UK based candidates – no sponsorship can be offered.
- 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
