Salary/Rate:
£25,000 - £27,000/annum

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join a market leader in renewable energy. This role will be responsible for purchase order, raising invoices and credit preparation & other key financial/admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase orders
  • Installer Credit Notices and invoicing, raising and tracking.
  • Running monthly credit searches on the installer supply chain.
  • Utility Credit Preparation
  • Raising and recording Purchase orders for expenses
  • Material Supply – Assisting with purchase order to suppliers and invoicing installers.
  • Bad Debt recovery
  • Assisting in the month end process
  • Various other financial/admin tasks.

Key Skilled Required:

  • Credit Control experience
  • Strong Excel knowledge 
  • Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever-changing company
  • An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Flexible Team player
