Finance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join a market leader in renewable energy. This role will be responsible for purchase order, raising invoices and credit preparation & other key financial/admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase orders
- Installer Credit Notices and invoicing, raising and tracking.
- Running monthly credit searches on the installer supply chain.
- Utility Credit Preparation
- Raising and recording Purchase orders for expenses
- Material Supply – Assisting with purchase order to suppliers and invoicing installers.
- Bad Debt recovery
- Assisting in the month end process
- Various other financial/admin tasks.
Key Skilled Required:
- Credit Control experience
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever-changing company
- An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible Team player
