Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers are looking to recruit a Project Manager to cover Fit Out works on their prestigious RC frame development in the East London region.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 7 Site Managers over 4 RC frame blocks that will consist of 359 homes. Your team will be taking the internal works from 1st fix through to snagging and handover.
As well as ensuring the project runs to speed and programme you will chair and attend progress meetings with staff and sub-contractors, delivering update reports into senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at Project Manager level, working on large scale multi-phase RC frame residential developments.
They will also have a solid background in the Fit-Out sector and will have worked directly with a main contractor or developer. They will ideally hold a construction related degree or equivalent qualification.
