DV Cleared Data Architect - Defence Consultancy


Location: London, UK (Onsite)
Contract Duration:** 6 - 12 months (Inside IR35)
Daily Rate: Up to £900 per day

Currently, we are seeking a DV Cleared Data Architect to join the team in supporting a key client in the defence sector.

**Role Overview:**
As a DV Cleared Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing data architecture within the client's organization. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, implementing robust data governance frameworks, and designing efficient data architectures to support critical defence initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.

- Design, implement, and maintain data models, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Implement data quality management processes to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and anomalies.

- Provide hands-on expertise in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing activities.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data flows.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data architecture and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.

**Requirements:**

- DV clearance is essential for this role.

- Proven experience as a Data Architect, preferably within the defence or government sector.

- Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.

- Hands-on experience with data architecture tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, ETL, data warehousing, Azure, Oracle etc).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work onsite in London 5 days per week.
