The Internal IT Support Engineer Opportunity:

The IT team works alongside other Group Services functions, such as Finance, HR and Reception to assist the agencies at all levels in a pragmatic, approachable and client-first manner.

As IT Support Engineer, you will get stuck in and hit the ground running, supporting all colleagues within the group and minimising IT downtime. This will involve working closely with technical and non-technical colleagues, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.

You will provide day to day It support for all colleagues, minimising IT downtime for all departments within the Group. Setup, install and configure IT systems and user accounts.

You will also oversee the maintenance of the system databases, back-ups and archives.

About You:

+ 3 years IT in-depth experience with Windows 10, 11
+ Experience in troubleshooting PC and Mac hardware as well as Microsoft Windows and Mac OS configuration and management
+ Previous experience with Microsoft AD, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office administration
+ An expert in the setup, installation and configuration of new hardware
+ Experience of maintaining system databases and creating new user accounts when needed
+ Knowledge to complete comprehensive backups and keep up-to-date knowledge of relevant updates
+ You’ll have an interest in all of our systems and are happy to get involved in complete systems audits every quarter
+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Egnyte SaaS would be advantageous but not essential
