O365 Rollout Engineers – 3 Month Contracts - £170 Per day – Outside IR35

Our client, a consultancy requires x2 Contract O365 Rollout Engineers to join their dynamic team and help drive the seamless migration and adoption of Office 365 solutions to a key customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staging Data for Migration:
  • Utilise provided runbooks to stage data effectively for migration using the Quest Migration Tool.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in data organization and transfer processes
• User Support Post Rollout: Provide hands-on assistance to users post-rollout, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrolment.
  • Setting up OneDrive for Business accounts and configurations.
  • Offer clear and concise guidance to users to ensure smooth adoption of Office 365 tools.

• Standard Post Rollout Support:
  • Address and resolve user inquiries and issues related to Office 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Office 365 migrations and rollouts, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with staging data for migration using tools such as the Quest Migration Tool.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide excellent user support.
• Proficiency in guiding users through MFA enrolment and OneDrive setup processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications related to Office 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
• Experience with other Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Team.
