About the client:

About the Role:

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a team within a core area of their product offering. The role has a 70/30 hands-off/hands-on split, where you will be leading a team of 6 whilst still being hands-on. Your responsibilities include setting technical direction, providing mentorship, promoting agile best practices, and ensuring high-quality team output aligns with the architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical direction and provide guidance
• Anticipate and adapt to technical changes
• Act as a mentor and role model
• Promote agile best practices and cross-functionality
• Develop a deep understanding of architecture
• Contribute to broader business initiatives
• Coordinate team activities effectively

Skills Required:

• Experience with Microsoft stack including .NET Core
• Proficiency in containerisation
• Familiarity with AWS (open to other cloud providers)
• Strong understanding of Solid development practices
• Knowledge of event sourcing is beneficial
