Role: 3rd Line Network Support Vacancy

We are currently working with one of one of London's most up and coming managed service providers who are looking for a network support engineer to help lead their networking services for their global customer base.
Working directly with the heads of IT you will be a focal point for networking related issues and fixes looking to build a team of network engineers around you.
The requirements
- Expert trouble shooting skills
- Experienced in change requests and hands on support of network issues
- Assisting with projects and network designing
- Taking full ownership of router, switch and firewall related incidents to completion
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a wide array of devices
- CCNA/P or equivalent level of experience
