We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a leading provider of global technology services across corporate, entertainment, and special event sectors.

The company specialise in delivering bespoke technical solutions, focusing on exceptional digital, audio, and video outcomes for a variety of event experiences.

Owing to exceptional company growth, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team.

The successful Project Manager candidate will be integral to their commitment to delivering profitable and high-quality live and studio events. They will handle client briefs, ensuring that every technical aspect is perfectly aligned with client visions. This role reports directly to the Director of Live Events, offering them a unique opportunity to shine.

Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client relationships to foster business growth.
  • Attend and contribute to production meetings and site visits.
  • Transform client briefs into precise technical deliveries.
  • Work closely with both internal teams and on-site crews to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Participate actively in industry trade shows and continuously research new technologies.
  • Lead both fixed and freelance staff in setting up projects.
  • Oversee the logistical aspects, ensuring all equipment is accounted for post-event.

Project Manager - Who You Are:

  • Experience working in the Live Events/Events industry 
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willing to travel and flexible enough to handle the dynamic nature of live events.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
