Senior Software Engineer – C++ - Realtime systems – Birmingham £55-65K
This role is to lead on the development of a distributed software design for interconnected systems. This role will lead not only on design, testing and compliance to UK & International standards, but will also help manage a small team of Software engineers. You will be pivotal in the control systems engineering. This role will work alongside a Senior Power Systems Design Engineer & Embedded Software Engineers in the creation of the system.
Key Work Activities: Responsibilities include for designing the software system architecture, validating its design, development and execution of test plans through to product type approval. Proficient in C++ programming. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a software engineering or a related field.
