Client Focused Technology Lead | £85- £100k | Not-For-Profit Organisation| UK - Remote


Our client is a non-profit organisation, Collaborating to design, fund and scale solutions to complex social problems.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to take on a Client Focused Technology Lead, to act as the bridge between the client and the technology.

This position will be a key hire for the business and will primarily focus on providing strategic innovative solutions, to complex issues, requires someone with strong client-facing skills, the ability to listen rather than impose solutions and a compassionate and empathic nature.

In addition to this, you will also need a background in coding and a strong understanding of cloud architecture, in order to translate technical language into laymen's terms.


Experience required:

• Senior-level experience in technology leadership and team leadership
• Background in a consultancy or client-facing role
• Proficient in tooling such as Python, Git, Terraform and JavaScript
• Familiar with cloud-hosting platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Computer (you don't need to have used them but you need to be able to have a technical conversation about them)
• compassion and empathy
