Graphic Designer - Leeds - GBP £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

They are a leading digital agency renowned for its creativity and strategic approach. This is an amazing opportunity to join a vibrant and knowledgeable team working with a range of impressive range of clients!

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs. You will work closely with their Creative Directors and other team members to create various design assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

This role requires you to work from the Leeds based studio 2 times per week. This means you will need to live and have the right to work in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a designer in a creative agency or design studio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on packaging and branding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsbilities:

• As a Mid-weight Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualising and executing design projects for their clients.
• You will collaborate closely their creative team to develop compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate clients' brand stories and resonate with their target audience.
• From initial concept development to final production, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and expertise to projects of varying scales and complexities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative insights to support project development and marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve your skills and bring innovative design solutions to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets while meeting deadlines.
