Salary: £45,000
Location: Birmingham (2 Days per week in the office)

Have you previously been involved in innovation projects, assisting with development and delivery? I'm looking to speak with individuals who are aware of the current legal technology landscape and developments in AI-enabled and automated legal technologies. You will be able to demonstrate that you can articulate the benefits of legal technology to both technical and non-technical colleagues. You will need an enthusiastic attitude and an ability to prioritise workloads to deliver on numerous projects at any one time.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and lead operational support for innovation projects
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation
Conduct research on legal technology trends and tools to make recommendations for continuous improvement
Present to clients and colleagues to demonstrate and train them on existing products
Coach the lawyers on legal technology and support them with new ways of working
The Ideal Candidate
Positive and proactive attitude
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired experience with:
High Q
Kira
AI-enabled and automated legal technologies
Educating technical and non-technical colleagues on the benefits of legal technology
Co-ordinating innovation projects
