£35,000 - £40,000/annum plus excellent benefits

Lioness Recruitment – Careers handled with care. A respected organisation are looking for an experienced second line analyst to assist with generally BAU IT infrastructure support. They’re looking for somebody with a solid technological background to provide maintenance and support of servers and their associated technologies.

Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with the operation and maintenance of infrastructure systems and software, including backup processes and procedures whilst working in a team of Support Analysts. Occasionally you will also work on the implementation and installation of upgrades and new systems. This will include providing some user training. This role requires some travel to offices in the local area so a full driving licence is essential.

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable second line support experience
  • Support & configuration of SQL Servers
  • Active Directory
  • Virtualisation technologies (ideally VMware)
  • MS Windows Servers
  • MS Exchange
  • MS Terminal Services
  • Security management including Firewall, Anti-virus, anti-Spam etc
  • Cisco Switches, Routers & Firewalls and OS Network/Firewall (General Architecture)
  • Enterprise SAN & Backup
  • MS Cloud Services such as Azure or Office 365
  • Working in ITIL environments
