Responsibilities:
- As a Tech Specialist,
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITOM processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Event Management, Discovery, Proactive Customer Notifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to automate processes.
- Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using standard and non-standard mechanisms like REST, SOAP etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically in TSOM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
