Data Analytics Manager - E-Rostering

Daily Rate: £273.00 (Inside IR35)

Parity Group is delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious NHS organisation, that is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager with E-rostering experience. You will be working in partnership with the Workforce Information Manager to ensure that expertise is connected, and the workforce systems all integrate (initiating interoperability).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of Workforce Information Systems and Temporary Staffing to ensure the deliverance of obligations concerning the National Levels of Attainment for e-Rostering and e-Job planning.
• Lead the triangulation of the organisations workforce systems and data.
• Responsible for ensuring a high-quality Rostering service is available throughout the Trust.
• Ensuring the provision of a high-quality, timely and cost-effective roster system and associated support function.
• Providing leadership and focus for the project team, promoting the service across the Trust and ensuring that risks are managed, and benefits are realised.
• Provision of expert knowledge, skill and leadership in the specialty area of roster management.

Your Experience:

• Degree or equivalent experience working in a Data Analytics position
• Able to work collaboratively with Directorates and senior management teams
• Proven track record managing Roster projects using robust project methodology
