We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect with a focus on cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our Technology and Platform organization, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of cybersecurity principles and be adept at architecting systems that prioritize data protection, security, and compliance. A proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement a comprehensive and scalable IT Architecture that meet the company's strategic objectives, while ensuring cybersecurity, scalability, and reliability.
• Architect and optimize IT infrastructure solutions with a focus on cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure network architectures, data centers, and Edge environments.
• Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information to comply with relevant regulatory requirements for instance NIS2 & IEC62443
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance to other IT teams to ensure implementing infrastructure solutions in line with the company's security standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Architect, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure solutions, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Server, networking, storage, virtualization, and edge computing technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Cisco, VMware, AWS) are a plus
• Experience with security tools and practices, such as vulnerability scanning, CIS-CAT hardening. Penetration testing
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
