Lead Programme Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Programme Integration Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of software integration solutions across various projects, ensuring seamless communication and functionality within our SaaS platforms, especially with Pega, Mule, or Tibco systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective integration strategies for SaaS platforms, focusing on Pega, Mule, or Tibco.
- Lead the development and execution of architectural patterns, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform high-level stakeholder management, communicating complex technical issues and solutions effectively.
- Drive decision-making processes regarding integration approaches and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS, with specific expertise in Pega, Mule, or Tibco.
- Proven track record of hands-on experience in programming, integration, and architecture design.
- Strong decision-making skills and capability to manage high-level stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently in a virtual environment.

Contract Details:
- This position is outside IR35, offering flexibility and independence to the right candidate.
- The role is fully remote, allowing for a diverse range of applicants across different geographical locations.
- Successful candidates will undergo BPSS Clearance.
