Vericon Systems Ltd is a leading supplier of IOT devices that remotely monitor, manage and maintain properties within clients’ portfolios. We are constantly evolving and innovating new ways of helping building managers and social housing landlords improve the lives of their tenants and building users. By monitoring aspects such as boiler health and efficiency, temperature and humidity and ensuring emergency light compliance, we help create life-changing results for our clients and their tenants.

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our office-based team in Leckhampton, Cheltenham, providing product and technical support to our customers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they work for our customers.
  • Provide technical product training.
  • Provide installation and post-sales technical support online or in person.
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet clients for training and technical support.
  • Liaise with the in-house development team relaying customer feedback to enhance customer experience.
  • Document new solutions and helpful hints to support customer success.

About you:

  • You’re interested in and have an aptitude for technology.
  • You have good problem-solving skills.
  • You’ll be proactive and self-motivated.
  • You’ll be comfortable in a SME environment where flexibility and agility are key.
  • You are a team player, helpful, approachable, and able to build strong working relationships, maintaining a positive working environment.

Skills that would be advantageous:

  • A background in technical customer service would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with connected devices.
  • Understanding of domestic electrical installations.
  • Understanding of domestic heating systems.

  • Salary between £30,000pa to £40,000pa depending on experience.
