Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote and some onsite technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with their AV systems and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow their career in the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with their AV systems, including displays, projectors, audio equipment, and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone, via email, or through remote desktop support tools in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or field technicians for further investigation and resolution as needed.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials.
• Assist with testing and validation of new AV equipment and software updates as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• 1 year + AV experience
• A desire to learn
• Full UK Driving License
