IT 2ndLine Support - Global Law firm - 45-50k + Excellent Bens
Office based - West London - Hours 12- 8pm.
Global Law firm have a requirement for a 2nd line IT Support applicant who MUST be experienced working for a law firm or Legal MSP.
Requirement and skills
Excellent judgement in assessing user issues and intermediate troubleshooting methodology.
Highly experienced in Windows 10 OS and core application suite, including the Microsoft Suite and various applications.
Good PC troubleshooting skills and the ability to assist other team members in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Knowledge of iOS setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to configure and deploy laptop & desktop computers and mobile devices for all levels of hierarchy within the firm.
Experienced in a Deskside support role, as well as remote work.
Ability to set up and troubleshoot video and audio in conference rooms.
ITIL certification an added bonus, although , not essential.
