Software Engineer | JavaScript (Node / React) | DV Clearance Required | Up to £90,000 + 15% Bonus | Gloucestershire

Yolk Recruitment are working with an expanding national security consultancy looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Software Engineer to join their Gloucestershire based engineering team.

If successful you will join an experienced team utilising JavaScript (Node / React) to build secure web applications for UK national security & defence clients. To be successful you will need strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript, Node, React) as well as experience building & managing automated deployment solutions (Kubernetes / Docker etc).

They role will be based on client site in Gloucestershire with some occasional hybrid flexibility. The role requires active DV clearance.

What you will be doing:

• Developing secure web applications in JavaScript (Node / React).
• Maintaining Kubernetes containers.
• Maintenance of CI / CD pipelines.
• Working closely with users to identify & fix application bugs & issues.
• Working within a highly Agile / Scrum based engineering team.

The experience you will bring to the team:

• Full Stack Development, JavaScript (Node / React).
• Containerisation: Docker or Kubernetes.
• CI / CD pipeline management.
• Agile / Scrum development experience.
