Job Description

Provide support and management of the M365 environment and Microsoft Azure platform hosted in the UK for the global customer base at Ultra Maritime.

Providing primary support for issues escalated from local support teams where advanced and expert knowledge is required, providing support as required as part of the the BAU requirements.

This role will also have a project collaboration and integration responsibility, working closely with the UM support partner(s).
  • Support global M365 tenant (synchronization, and identity management.
  • Support and provide management of Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Exchange 2010 - Exchange Online Administration.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to end user requests or problems submitted through the global service desk.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to software and hardware faults.
  • Triage and assign advanced problems to the support partner through the proper channels.
  • Perform post solution follow up to ensure end user satisfaction.
  • Assist the wider technologist team in the monitoring and management of server systems.
  • Assist with VPN Management.
  • Monitor Azure Resources and Log Analytics.
  • Endpoint/Intune Management.
  • Maintain inventory and deployment of licenses.
  • Write knowledge base articles to document new solutions.
  • Supporting the UM IT team on other projects as needed.
  • Support the Global Administration team with complex requests
