My client are an IT Business Solutions company that are going through a stage of growth and are now looking to increase their IT Support team with a new engineer.

Some of the key skills required for this role are:

• Advanced experience in supporting and managing the Microsoft Office 365 Platform
• Relevant certifications and/or experience in IT support and network management
• A working knowledge of networking covering cabling, routers, firewall, switches and access points.
• Ability to work independently and ensure customer satisfaction.

They are looking for someone who is able to prioritise their workload, has good analytical skills and can remain calm under pressure. An interest in Cyber Security would be desired.
