We are partnered with a global leader in the product identification sector. They are looking for an experienced engineer to join their R&D team to design and provide technical solutions to their clients.

Lead Software Engineer
The Role
  • Working within the R&D team and taking the lead of software projects
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining software in C++ for new and existing products
  • Working closely along-side the electronic and mechanical team on technical reviews, feasibility studies.

Lead Software Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree Educated in software engineering / computer science discipline
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Embedded C++ for applications / products
  • Experience building software for Windows and WinCE or realtime operating systems
  • Excellent knowledge of real-time and concurrent principles, networked devices and distributed processes
Lead Software Engineer
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of electronics control/interfacing motors/sensors etc
  • Knowledge of Linux OS
  • Expereince leading projects and consulting with clients/stakeholders
