Job Description:

In this role as an IT Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional support tasks to include full end-to-end project involvement and site setup. This will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience alongside seasoned senior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete setup of sites, both onsite and remotely.
  • Conduct upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide end-user support.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault finding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network operations.
  • Utilize your expertise in AutoPilot, Endpoint, and Imaging.
  • Dedicate yourself to continuous progression and upskilling.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoPilot and Endpoint is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft stack is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in support roles.
  • While project experience is desirable, it's not a prerequisite, as you'll gain exposure to it on the job.
  • A positive, proactive attitude is a must.
