Are you a Systems Team Lead that has experience leading a Systems Engineering Team? Do you enjoy working with Global Leads to prioritise workstreams? Do you have the technical ability to contribute and challenge existing solutions?
My client, a global brokerage is looking for a Systems Team Lead to improve current processes, add technical insights and motivate their current team of Senior Engineers. They have a follow the sun support model so out of hours isn’t needed. What is needed however, is someone who wants to join a fantastic business and genuinely make a change/impact!
This role would suit somebody who has worked in a fast paced, changing environment that loves to get stuck in.
The Systems Team Lead will have:
- Previous experience managing teams
- Experience managing workloads/backlogs
- Experience working with suppliers to specify the right solutions for the job
- Professional manner with strong work ethic
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Experience covering performance
The Systems Lead will have experience with the following technologies:
- Active directory
- VM Ware
- V Centre
- Exchange
- M365
Although this is a leadership role, you will need to remain close to the engineers, this isn’t the role for someone who doesn’t still enjoy this part of the job
