Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Senior IT Manager to join this leading and internationally based manufacturer in their East Midlands based offices. This is a new role supporting the Senior Directorate around IT Strategy, Team Management and groupwide IT support.

Role Overview:

As Head of IT, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technological roadmap, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless operations across all IT functions. From optimizing infrastructure to implementing cutting-edge solutions, your expertise will be instrumental in propelling us toward continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within a manufacturing or related industry.

  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.

Technically you will have worked with the following:

  • IT Asset Management and IT Security experience
  • Overseen data, network and backup related solutions
  • Looked after IT budgets
  • Come from an IT Infrastructure and technical background with a move into IT Management including Project/Service Management duties
