Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for an experienced Systems Product Owner with experience working within the debt recovery industry. 

The ideal Systems Product Owner will have experience working with Caseflow/Fathom within systems configuration and management.

Responsibilities of the Systems Product Owner:

• Client file and profile onboarding - overseeing the onboarding process of both the client and file, ensuring that data is transferred efficiently and accurately onto the Caseflow system.
• Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot any issues regarding file onboarding and providing necessary support.
• Coordinating the release of client files and implementing protocols for controlled file access.
• Working closely with internal teams and business owners’ internal teams to configure case studies – ensuring strategy configuration is implemented and fine-tuned to optimise system performance.
• File and case error checking – ensuring thorough and comprehensive error checks are carried out on client files and cases and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee and manage the production on both Import and Export files – ensuring seamless integration and date accuracy in adherence to client specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Intelligence team to ensure that data is stored and defined sufficiently.

Requirements of the Systems Product Owner:

• Relevant experience working with Caseflow/Fathom systems within systems configuration and management.
• Proven experience in systems operations and data management.
• Familiarity with system configuration and customisation.
• Strong attention to detail and great analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

In return, the Systems Product Owner will receive:

• Salary: From £35,000 + / Year - DOE
• 22 Days holiday + Bank Holiday
• Hybrid working – 1 day in the office at either the Northampton or Bradford office.
• Annual bonus up to 10%.
