The Role:
We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the IDAM project, for this opportunity we are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience working within higher education.
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Conducting process modeling
- Assisting in the documentation of the Target Operating Model
- Supporting the design and documentation of user journeys
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in writing requirements
- Ability to facilitate workshops effectively
- Experience in process modeling
- Familiarity with IDAM principles, governance, and access
- Understanding of RACI design and documentation principles
