Support & Installation Engineer - (M4 Corridor / Remote)

** Remote including Home working & visit clients

Wireless & Broadband routers - Access Points - Bluetooth - IT skills and diagnostics - IOT

This established IOT technology business who supply advanced wireless and automation technology are looking to grow their support team.

You will be confident speaking with clients, both over the phone and face to face - and will take the lead on installations, as well as reactive support visits and remote support when possible.

This is not an IT Support role - but you will be working with networks, bespoke & proprietary tech systems in a variety of settings.

Travel to customer sites to perform installations of IoT devices and sensors according to project specifications.

• Conduct pre-installation surveys to assess site readiness and identify potential challenges.
• Install, configure, and test various IoT devices and sensors, ensuring they function properly and communicate effectively.
• Troubleshoot any installation or connectivity issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide basic user training on the operation and functionality of the installed IoT systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all installation activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Salary depending on experience - £30-40K
