Project Manager (Online projects)

My well established Oxford based Client are urgently looking for a Project Manager to join their existing team. This is a contract position inside IR35, on a hybrid model requiring the successful Candidate to be commutable to Oxford.
This position will provide strategic support, planning and delivery focused around online products/services. The role will include full project life cycle management encompassing market research, strategy, design, production, budgeting, reporting etc.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience delivering online products/services
- Strong communication skills and experience handling stakeholders at all levels
- Handled financial planning/budgets and be able to create data driven reports/updates.
- Liaise with and coordinate both internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Experience working to guide/create strategy focused operations
