We’re looking for a Release Engineer or a DevOps professional who is closely aligned with the release environment to join a new team in a growing capacity. You will be assigned to a team of professionals who will be responsible for orchestrating the release over Software Development globally.

You will be responsible for managing the releases of these teams’ software deployment activities across the enterprise. Ideally you’ll be from a Release Engineering background or DevOps but leaning more towards the release side and have experience with preparations for a release.
  • The Release Strategy Guru: Guide teams in selecting the optimal approach for their software based on factors like uptime needs and automation capabilities.
  • The Automation Champion: Drive process automation, eliminating manual steps and integrating compliance and quality gates seamlessly.
  • The Technical Mentor: Lead discussions and empower teams through operational, technical, and procedural best practices.
  • The Cloud Whisperer: Leverage your expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP to support large-scale production deployments.
  • The Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle system troubleshooting and platform-agnostic challenges across the application landscape.
  • The Future Thinker: Stay ahead of the curve, advising on architecture improvements and evaluating new technologies for future implementations.
  • The Documentation Architect: Keep our operational processes, procedures, and environment configurations crystal clear.
You Bring:
  • 6+ years of experience designing, implementing CI/CD solutions, and DevOps practices in a hybrid-cloud environment.
  • Expertise in build and release processes, with hands-on knowledge of tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, GitHub, and SonarQube.
  • Mastery of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef/Puppet.
  • Fluent in automation with scripting languages like Python or Ruby.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Packer) and configuration management (Consul, Vault).
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and specific services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement release engineering best practices, refining operational processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
