Role Summary:

• Product Manager
• London (Hyrbid - 2/3 days per week in Shoreditch offices)
• InsurTech Start-Up (Series A)
• £60,000-£65,000 per annum

We've partnered with a forward-thinking start-up InsurTech company who have recently secured Series A funding. Thanks to their funding round, growing client base, and increased customer demand, they're now looking to hire their first Product Manager!

This is an incredibly exciting time to join an Insurance company who are doing things differently! Having pinned themselves as a provider to high ends brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, and The Luxury Watch Company, they're going from strength to strength and now need a driven Product Manager to help them reach their growth goals!

In this position, you'll report directly to the CEO and play a key part in driving the design, development, and management of both legacy and new insurance-focused products. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products that don't just meet, but exceed, the expectations of customers and partners.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Product Manager, with experience leading / mentoring other team members
• Experienced leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders
• Start-up experience is highly desirable
• Insurance / Insurtech experience is highly desirable

• Competency interview (1 hour)
• Take home task
• Final conversation / Offer
