Azure Cloud Engineer | Hybrid - Nottingham | To £55k + bonus

Are you passionate about shaping cutting-edge cloud solutions? I am on the lookout for an Azure expert to devise and execute scalable cloud strategies tailored to our client's unique business needs. As a Cloud Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation and security of our Azure infrastructure.

This role will see you working collaboratively with a multitude of stakeholders to design and implement agile Azure-based solutions. You will be crafting and maintaining Azure infrastructure components to uphold peak performance standards whilst ensuring monitoring mechanisms and fine-tuning configurations are there to optimise system efficiency.

These guys always have security in mind and need someone who can ensure their data is secure. You'll become a go-to within the team and wider business for any cloud-related incidents, so we're looking for someone who's happy working with and dealing with a range of stakeholders. Our client are using cutting-edge techniques such as load balancing and content delivery solutions to bolster system availability and performance.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be someone who has a passion for Azure Cloud Engineering, who thrives in dynamic environments and fosters continuous improvement in everything they do. You'll be proactive on this job and ensure that you're taking every opportunity to learn and further your career. Tech-wise, you will need to have a solid expertise in Azure services, PowerShell scripting, and a knack for Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform/ARM/Bicep. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LAN/WAN networking, Active Directory, and containerisation technologies is also going to stand you in good stead with this role.
