Operations Analyst

An Operations Analyst is required on a permanent basis for a rapidly growing London based company that are specialist in the Cryptocurrency markets, combining deep expertise with leading quantitative trading strategies.

Role Description

The Operations Analyst will perform an important and essential role in the organisation ensuring the smooth and precise execution of the launching and listing of digital asset tokens and projects on Centralized and Decentralized exchanges. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring wallets, ensuring the flow of tokens and stable coin funds between wallets and CEX & DEX accounts and more.

Experience & Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Maths, Science, Engineering, Information Technology or similar discipline.
• Strong experience of managing and coordinating the movement of digital assets.
• Experience of financial markets, trading operations, trading and operations software.
• Experience of working at a fast pace, under the pressures of digital asset trading, on multiple projects, whilst maintaining extremely high accuracy, precision, attention to detail and simultaneous reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in dynamic environments and high-performing teams.
• Some experience of having worked at companies operating in Crypto trading, investment, launchpad or similar activities.
