IT Support Administrator - Birmingham - up to £25,000 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Administrator, to work for a multi-national engineering organisation based in the Birmingham. Salary up to £25,000+ Benefits.

The organisation are worldwide leaders in the design and manufacture of Machinery for the industry sector they are experts within. They have been established for over 30 years and have operations situated across the globe in order to support their broad and ever evolving client base. In this role you will be based in the West Midlands where they focus heavily on R&D activities.

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint an IT Support Administrator on a permanent basis.

In this role as an IT Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Must have experience in 1st and 2nd line support
  • Must have experience in Active Directory, O365 and Windows
  • Must have experience in Hardware (troubleshooting, repair)
